The test results from study of Rasagiline (also know as Agilect in the US or Azilect in Europe drug therapy useful in addressing the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, show long term promise for patients. The results included a more than 20% improvement of the Uniform Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) scores in test patients over those taking a placebo.
