This can occur when the outer packaging of a product is damaged during shipment or at some other point. It can also occur if the outer packaging is changed by the manufacturer. Either way, the product that you will use is the same product that could buy at the drug store for a much higher price.
What is short-dated inventory?
A product is considered short-dated if the product expiration date is less than 12 months. Short-dated products are grouped in three date ranges for your convenience.
